Parking
When arriving to the Ballon d’Alsace, follow the “Ballon d’Alsace Aventure” and “Parking de la Gentiane” signs. This parking is made available for all Ballon d’Alsace visitors, including Acro-park users.

Access to the Park
From the parking, follow the pedestrian signs. Once at the end of the road, look on your left : let’s go for a 100m long warm up!

Once in the Park
Our casher is happy to welcome you and to guide you through all your activities choices. Once your entrance ticket purchased, our staff will outfit you with the proper equipment, and explain you all the safety rules you need to know. Ready to go? Let’s get it started!

A park designed for your convenience
Our park has been designed to make your time with us unforgettable
For your convenience, you will find picnic areas, benches, paths that are easy to go with a stroller… We are committed to offer everyone a good time in our park.

During your adventure
Our formulas are unlimited.
Between two courses, feel free to take a break at our snack bar, “Snack des Joe”. Enjoy the sun on the terrace or take a nap on one of our deckchairs. The snack is also fitted with toilets.
Safety
At your arrival, our staff takes care of you.
For your safety, we provide all the equipment you need to practice. It includes:
- A harness
- Lanyards, fitted with two hooks (for more than 1,3m tall courses) or a continuous lifeline (for panda courses).
- A pulley.
Once outfitted with the proper equipment, our staff shares with you all the security rules you need to know. These explanations are mandatory even if you came to our park before.
Please note that our whole team holds a qualified certificate to supervise those activities.
The staff makes sure that each adventurer is on the right course, considering his high and age.
From your arrival at the park to its closing at the end of the day, your entrance ticket gives you an unlimited access to the activities included in your formula.
Panda courses are fitted with a patented continuous lifeline system.
More than 1,3m tall courses are fitted with a classical double hook system.
Adventurers are autonomous, but still under constant supervision of our staff.
The park is accessible to persons with reduced mobility, to accompany other users or try the motorized zip-line.

- We insure you high quality standards. Our equipment and facilities meet the APAVE standards and are controlled yearly by a supervising office and forest experts.
- Our staff hold a qualified certificate to supervise all the games and activities.
